I'm gonna whoop some ass. *pics*
Okay, so at 1 in the morning, a neighbor rings our doorbell. He said someone was going really fast and hit the car in the street. The car in the street happens to be mine... So I get my camera and walk outside, and here's what I find:
As you can see from the pics, there's a lot of debris but my car is still intact, if disfigured. About 85% of the debris you see there is from the other car. They hit my car around 1:00 AM, and you can see swerve marks going from the curb by my aunt's driveway, swerving outward into my car. A neighbor was outside smoking and gave a statement to the police, saying it was an older 4-door white ford. But, when we looked at the pieces, it was evident it was a silver ford (you can tell by the ford logo on the headlight lens. My uncle and I think it's a taurus or thunderbird. Anyway, I'm pretty pissed off right now. We got a police report and all that jazz, and the cops are on the lookout. My aunt and I may go around to the three body shops in the area and tell them to be on the lookout for a silver ford sedan with the front right headlight and much of the bumper missing.

Yeah, thank god. The bad news is I just got the car, and I had to do all this **** to get my insurance to a manageable level. By manageable I mean $230 a month. Now I'm sure it will go back up to $400 a month, even though it wasn't my fault. Damn state farm.

That looks to be around $1,000-$1,500 in damage, but it's hard to tell without seeing it in person and checking prices. That really sucks, insurance will probably kill you on it too if they don't find the guy. That's why I hate parking out on the street.

You don't know how insurance works, do you?
He still has to pay a $500 deductible. I had a hit and run on my Prelude, and a new trunk was $400 but I would have had to pay a $500 deductible for like $700 worth of body work. Got some primer, duplicolor paint and bondo, hardly noticeable.

There's also a good chance his rate will go up $50 a month or so until the damage is paid off.

Yea I park on playgrounds and orphanages. Thats right, on, as in on top. I don't care if I have to run over children and drive through drywall.

lmao this reminds me of the time my friend was parked at a church parking lot, and while at church he was hit and ran. There was a huge mark on the side of his car. How hypocritical lol.
