Why not eat more? because I get about 30 minutes to eat the whole day. It's just easier to mix one up and to go along with my other food. Usually 2 or 3 sandwiches on wheat bread.

They are basically a Mass gainer... and
I get up at 5:30 do cardio, Wash up out the door by 7:50
School from then until 2:15, Add in 30 minutes to go over grades with AP teachers and 30 more to get home and stop to pickup a powerbar.
I'm home by like 3:15
Do My homework and eat
Out then door by 5
Band from 5:30-8
Come home work out
Finish my homework
Woo the ladies
Bed.
Yeah find me somemore time.

If someone comes in stating that _____ are the building blocks of amino acids, they would then win.
Carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and in some cases sulphur are the 'building blocks' of amino acids
