Those pilonidal cysts suck ass. I have had those a couple times and my g/f had one once and she had to go get hers cut open. The crap that came out had to be the worst smelling thing I have ever smelled.

Go get it looked at, I didn't and it got worse, ending up with me having to go to the hospital to have surgery. Believe me, it's better to get it looked at earlier than later.
