frozen snow
there is practically no parking at all on my street because of the snow plows. my girlfriend is coming over tonight so I need to shovel out a space for her to park. problem is the snow is frozen for a 2-3" layer, then more rock hard snow under that.
anyone have tips on getting rid of the frozen snow? at this point i might as well be sitting out there with a hair dryer waiting for it to melt.
