see what you do is, when your hands get tired. you take a lil lube(hatersauce will do) and put it in the joint area of your elbow, put your happy place in there, close your arm, then instant fun begins.

Definitely started w/ right, but at some point switched to left, can't remember why, probably started playing guitar around that point. Now I try to alternate between them as much as I can - I find that if I stick to one side, that shoulder gets really stiff and has a nagging pain that needs to be popped all the time.

switching is definitely a good long term strategy, don't want any unnecessary wear.
