A buddy of mine works as a bartender and he told me most of the time they don't stock ginger ale in the bar. Instead they use a glass full of sprite/7-up with a little coke/pepsi mixed in. I didn't believe him at first, but a tried it and sonuvab****, if it don't taste just like cheap ginger ale. Can you believe it?

well not as many people/usually no people want giger ale at our partys, and we already have about 20 3-liters of cheap sprite(for trashcan punch) and 1-2 2 liters of coke (for various drinks). so its a lot cheaper than buying ny specially if we dont use it.

And I never noticed that. I never drink ginger ale. I have, maybe about a total of 4 times. If even.. I hardly drink pop anymore.

hehe, the term "pop" always makes me chuckle. You can get a pretty good idea of where someone is from based on what they call soft drinks. When I'm at PSU, I hear people from the Pittburg area say "Pop" and people from the Philly area say "soda." The center of PA seems to be the rough dividing line of the terms.
