Free CAD Software
Does anyone know of any free CAD software that is relatively easy to learn and use? I need it mainly for 2D drawings, so it doesn't have to be super fancy. Any help would be appreciated.
Oh, and I need it to be able to draw in scale. Not sure if that is a common feature or what.

Inventor is TIGHT. I had to learn it for a job, and then discovered that the place wouldn't hire me due to not being able to work full time. Kinda sucks, but at least i got some exposure.

Yes, I am. In fact I learned how to do scale drawings of theatre sets on graph paper and have been doing it that way for the past 3 years. However I'm now looking to do it on a CAD program, as it is quicker, neater, and can be easily reproduced so I can sell copies of my set designs.

Oh, I wasn't aware this was for set designs, that could go many ways.
Revit might work, but its more of an architectural program.
Depending on the complexity of it, you might want to try Revit Structure or Raster Design. Hell, now that I think about it, VIZ might work if you can mess with it, its used for virtual tours and stuff.
