It's still illegal to the DEA, yet two states have legalized it; i'm still trying to figure out what the DEA will do if they catch you in those states. Are you still in trouble?

Wouldn't they still arrest you? To me it seems that legalizing it state wide yet still having it illegal federally that the national law would take precedence.

The dea will still go around busting grows and big dealers, but they won't mess around with the general population, it costs too much. hell it costs to much to go after the dealers and growers. they need to just admit all the billions they've spent on the war on drugs was a gigantic waste and start raking in the taxes from regulating it federally. some day.
