Obesity Suit Against McDonald's Dismissed
McDonald's Corp. won a major victory for the fast-food industry on Wednesday when a federal judge threw out a widely watched lawsuit that blamed Big Macs, fries and Chicken McNuggets for obesity in children.
U.S. District Judge Robert Sweet said the plaintiffs -- including a 400-pound teenager who said he eats at McDonald's every day -- failed to show that customers of the world's largest fast-food chain were unaware that eating too much McDonald's fare could be unhealthy.

1. if you're unaware that food dipped in batter and then deep fried in oil is unhealthy, you're either an idiot or you're lying. In either case, you should be neutered so you cannot have kids and your stupid genes die with you.
2. greedy, money-seeking lawyers should be hung by their testicles.
3. if you're 15 years old and you weigh 400 pounds, consider having surgery to cut your arms off.

I'd like to give that judge a medal. I swear, we should have a holiday commemorating this guy. Bottom line is these people are stupid and if they think McDonalds is responsible they deserve to die of massive heart failure. |

I hate stupid people. That is like the lady that poured coffe on herself then sued and won.

I saw this story on CNN's website yesterday...I find it stupid that kids, of all people, are suing McDonald's because they are fat and have health problems.
If they were intelligent enough to get a lawyer and make this case such big news, they would've realized that a Big Mac isn't healthy food...what a bunch of morons!

Man, I hate stupid people. They should all have to wear signs that say "I'm Stupid." That way you wouldn't have to talk to them. It'd be like "Hey, there, can you--- whoops! Nevermind. I didn't see your sign."

Ah, the old....."I didn't know you arn't supposed to hold the wood with your hand while using the chainsaw......It's not in the instruction manual" lawsuit. You get a major lawsuit like this every couple years, just to prove that stupid people with no common sense are everywhere.
