The local bar that has local music play every night has penny pitcher tuesdays.

I cant wait for that. I can get into a lot of places around here and drink at most of the steakhouses and **** but this one bar I actually used to work with the doormen so they know I'm not of age.

Think im going to study abroad in Germany next year though. Gonna have to bring my wallette with me. I spend almost 300 bucks a month for just me to drink here in the states. Gonna be redic over there.

The bar we went to the other night had $1 Long Island Iced Teas and $1 Jack 'n Cokes. I wasn't drinking there though, because I wanted to ensure our friends from out of town would make it back to our apartment ok. Plus, I hate going to state college bars during big football weekends. (They're too damn crowded and we get plenty of people who are here just to cause trouble or pickpocket drunks).

With that said, our Canadian buddy was fun. It was a PITA getting him into places with his Canadian ID (it doesn't help that he looks young for his age too), but it gave us something to talk and joke about. We all promised him we would make it up to Canada one day to have a few drinks.

He thought it was funny how Americans all seem to drink/like light beer. He basically said we drink to get drunk, yet drink the lowest alcohol content beer (especially compared to Canadian beer) and we pay almost the same price per drink as regular beer. He said joking, "The only one who gets it right is Paul, because he only drinks hard liquor and he doesn't pay bar prices for it." (since I didn't drink at the bar)

Give them a penny you get a pitcher.

I don't know how it works out because I know they can't be making money off of that. Maybe theres a cover charge that night or something.

And Saturday we went to a mexican place for my friends 21st. Got 4 pitchers of "Top Shelf" margaritas between bout 6 or so of us. Then I got a "Jumbo" margarita. Hadn't had tequila in a long time. I dont really remember saturday.

yeah, must be a hefty cover.. otherwise.. wow.. the place would be so packed.. and everyone would be so hammered.. yeah, gotta be a cover, or limit, or something. otherwise, im coming to visit with about 50 friends..

Me and a girl I have been talking to for the past week. Another friend of mine introduces us like a week ago and we hit it off right away...couldnt have been at a better time either because i broke up with my previous girlfriend 2 weeks ago.
