I just installed Photoshop 7(Thanx a ton Label) can some1 help me out a little or something... i know there is a thread w/ some good links somewhere, im too lazy to find it.  |

photoshop is tricky, and defintely isnt something you can learn over a forum.

Best way to learn (besides tutorials):
1.)Go into MS Paint, draw some random color coded lines (make them the same color but different shades).
2.)Open up PS, and open the pic.
3.)Click Filter. Select something, mess around with the properties, and learn what it does.
4.)Mess around until you make something cool.
Then, learn how to add layers to blend pictures together, or to make even cooler effects. Also, experiment with the Layer properties (lower right hand corner, says Layers, default is Normal). You can make a ton of cool things out of nothing. Lots of abstract stuff, banners, text, picture mods, etc.
Just keep working at it.
