that happened to a teacher in my school, cept i think it was only once, and the stupid girl came back like 10 years later and pressed charges ro whatever. he was a really widely respected teacher too.

in my state i think 16 is age of consent.

this one teacher from our school knocked up a student. shewas 18 when it happened, so he only got fired, no jail time. i guess they r married or something now. ****ed up to the xtreme if u ask me. there is one teacher at my school who i wish would sleep w/ students cuz she is SMOKEN!

once I got wasted and got on a little freshmen...not cool if she would have decided she felt uncomfortable about it she could have turned me in. under 16 over 18 and I go to jail... Thats why I do my best to always pick who im gonna get on the night of so I either go with them or go alone or STD/JAIL TIME. rubbers boys rubbers.

Can't rape the willing. In most cases parents find out there under 18 daughters are having sexual relations with some guy who happens to be 18 or over. So THEY, the parents, press charges even though the daughter gave consent you'd still get jail time. Glad I never got arrested.

Yea it's called statitory Rape- one of the persons is over 18 but its still consent
