my problem is not insomnia, its procrastination, i usualy put off things till the end of the day, and going to sleep at 12 instead of lets say 10 makes a huge difference in my next day

I just stay up late watching TV, then i can't fall asleep, so i read APG for like an hour, then i fall asleep.

Honestly arguing over who is an insomniac and who's not is just plain stupid...I'll pay money that none of you (perhaps one or two) have or have ever had insomnia...For one thing,its not just the fact that you can't fall asleep...It's generally because your mind is to active to allow you to sleep,which is why it's normally people who have had really ****ed up lives that get insomnia.

So really,i know pleanty of people who every once in a while don't fall asleep until three or four in the morning,thats nothing,its normal really. But if anybody has actually ever had insomnia it's not something they would brag about...

Just for the record...I'm not talking to the people joking around, alot of people who can't sleep are like i have insomnia, it's just a joke...I'm talking to you KIDS who swear you actually have insomnia...

i have some sort of insomnia i cant sleep well i have to take like relaxin pills and stuff

i think i got some sort of insomnia but my parents do **** about i stay up all night and day i try to sleep but cant.....

i usually get 5 hours on a regular night. i come home from lifting and pass out on the couch for a half hour then i go to bed at like 1-1:30 and sleep till about 6. i used to never be able to fall asleep, it sucked balls

i find it funny how people say ONLY 6 hours hours a night....I either sleep at 3-4am or not at all on school nights...and when i dont have school its usually from around 5-6am till 4-5 pm or so if i go to sleep that night

im not an insomniac...just ****ed up
