ebay fraud
check out this guys feed back and the items he sells. I came across him looking for some stuff and noticed how incredibly cheap his "autographed" items sold for. I started looking at the past items he sold and saw that he was able to sell the same Joe Dimaggio signed baseball bat 3 times (probably even more since i stopped looking at a certain point). I know there is no real proof, but 1- Joe Dimaggio signed baseball bats go for over $500 in a lot of auctions 2- it is almost impossible to have more than 3 signed dimaggio bats. I also saw constant people saying that their item came a month late, and if you go a few pages down on his feedback, you will see someone bought the same item and complained that it was a fake and said that they had returned it.
just check it out, im not going to file fraud because i didnt buy anything and i dont have any proof, but just look at teh stuff he sells. He claims the autographs are real, and they come with a COA, but they sell for 40-70 dollars for some of the highest named sports stars

I have -1 which is gonna make people think Im a bad buyer/seller once I start selling. It was a mistake and I shouldn't have that -1. But anyone and everyone should always be extra careful when buying.

I think I might let EBay know of him through my account, ask them to watch him or something. Fraud of this magnitude should not be tolerated.

i was going to file a fraud claim against him through the fbi internet fraud site, but realized that i have no proof and im not old enough. Maybe if someone here, who is old enough, can buy one of his michael jordan signed golfballs for 20 bucks, then get a profecional to verify that it is indeed a fake and that he makes fraud COA's, then you can contact the fbi fraud site and maybe even file a nice law suit against the sob

I had bid on an item 2weeks before the end. It was a wicked pimp Bushy and a few days after bidding I realised I didnt want it. I hoped to get outbid but 2days left and I wasnt. I e-mailed the guy saying "if I win this I do not want it. Somethings have come up and I will not be able to except it. Please sell this gun to the bidder who bid before myself." and he replied with "okay, no problem". Well, 2 more days, I won, I get and e-mail a week later saying "f*** you asshole...ect"
Sad story, I know.

well its partly your fault for bidding when you arent ready to buy, and partly his fault for giving bad feedback even if he said okay before the auction ended

buy little stuff for about $5 with shipping to boost your feedback. Remember to pay fast, etc.

Screw that. I might as well make a new account. For free.
When I sell stuff all you at PBF will be the first to know, Im sure. And you all know the story and me (for the most part) so it should work out.
Well, maybe not.

you cant make a new account.. ebay wont let you
what you do is email the seller before bidding and give them your story, as well as showing them that you fully intend to make the purchase. based on my past selling experience you should definitely have a good shot at buying the product

I'm pretty sure you can remove your bid to while it's still up.
