lol, its a 1.6 liter engine, 105 hp, its a hatch back, not a station wagon.
Turbohothot, how much would that cost and how much would it be to install? ( I know absolutely nothing about cars, im sure my uncle could do it though)
also, not that it makes that much of a dif, but the civic has a manual transmission and the other two are automatic

Well, the Lumina has a 6 rather than 4 so it has the most power, but that's about all I can say considering none of those are fast. But there's a lot more to determining what is the fastest than what you posted. I assume you mean stock then.

having 6 cylinders doesn't necessarily mean it has more power than 4. I think it's a Lotus that has a 4cyl, and it's faster'n ****. the Neon SRT-4 has a 4cyl too, and that's fast as well.
But about those 3 cars...if just going by power, the lumina would win. but if the lumina is weighed down with power everything and a dead guy in the trunk with a fat driver, it would probably lose to a bare honda.
the honda still sucks balls, nonetheless. I'd rather push a honda lawnmower than drive a honda that sounds like one

Well the Chevrolet Lumina goes (0-60) in 11.4 sec, and runs a
Quartrer mile in 18.4 seconds. Which is absolutley awful.
Honda Civic runs a 1/4 mile in 16.8 and (0-60) in 8.8.
Plymouth Breeze 12.5 (0-60) and a 18.9 1/4 mile.
So actually the smallest engine was the fastest.
Got times by searching the net, Civics and luminas time from missouri.edu

lol. Look at the 1/4 mile times, obviously your just in denial.
its a 4door sedan, automatic and has quite a bit of weight on it. Just becuase it has the biggest engine doesnt mean it always wins...

your all dumb :P j/k guys...
the civic would b/c it weighs absolutly nothing...this is the reason most import small motor cars (i.e. Lotus) rape others in road courses and sometimes even 1/4s.
LISTEN UP YOU DUMB MUSCLE CAR GUYS!(no pun intended :P)
all you people think...i got more HP!!!! dude..your dumb
i have seen 2004 Z28 SS Camaros get RAPED! by turbo civics.
weight is almost more important than HP and TQ. i kid you not...
i have grown up around muscle cars and import cars.... and i chose to go the import side (this broke my fathers heart hehe)
I have seen a CRX drop an entire second in the 1/4 by just gutting it to a steering wheel, tach, and driver seat... Muscle cars just weight way to much...(hehe "weight way" :P)
If you have any further questions .. i have no problem putting you in your place j/k :P
Ill answer anything or help you to answer anything....
Greg 313 ABOUT THE SWAP!!!!!!

depends on the swap dude... there are a certain amount of peices needed depending on the motor thats being transplanted and the car its going into .... you almost always need EUC, axles, wire harness, and more and more goodies.... but like you can sometimes keep little **** like the shift linkage...again depending on the above.... for a b16a(from japan) complete swap installed (depending on your location in USA) prolly run you almost $5k.... you go H block (my call for you) you can do that for maybe 500 bucks more but you gotta upgrade suspension b/c the car was not built to hold that much front weight...granted you can drive it without the upgraded suspension...but my advice if you do that...don't take a normal turn (45*-90*) at anything over 15mph...lol....b/c you go to fast you will go into the wall..ive seen it done and its a shame to **** up a pretty good shell and brand new H22a........ you have any more questions just ask
PS Zpyro: I like Cold - Hell yea!

Ya I know, I am in denial
I know the reason some Civics are fast is because of the weight issue.
And I would never call a '92 Chevy Lumina a muscle car.

imports just dont have the space under the hood for the engines muscle cars can hold. sure, with $100,000 in mods, an import can match a $30,000 muscle car, but give that muscle car an engine that fills the bay and a turbo just like the import, and the muscle car would rape the import. ive seen muscle cars pull off 6-7 second quarters no problem with under $40k in them

no, the definition of a ricer is someone who puts a fart can, wing and stickers on and thinks they're the fastest car on the road

I would say it depends on whos driving it, and outside forces acting upon the individual car in the race.... but if i had a choice between the 3 id take the civic
