private middle school and elementary. The middle school girls were fine as hell and were very loose with "Rules about their body". I loved it, stupid high school.

I do. Private elementary school, private middle school, and a private highschool. The rules may be stricter, but I'm going to get more attention from colleges than opposed to a public school.

i went to a private school for 6th they didnt let me back after that year they said i was in to many fights and caused to many problems.

I dunno in a private school you knew everyone and it was very easy to go somewhere with the people because you used to see them everyday and stuff. But when I went to high school i was very nervous about interacting with people and making new friends and stuff, mainly because all my classes were filled with kids I didn't know, and I'm still kinda suffering because instead of making friends and stuff i sat around and never talked and actually started to get mad at myself for wasting the summer sitting at home and going out with a select few people.

But on the other hand, public school is great. Once you open up it's awesome, 99% of people are actually really cool and stuff...And ummm lots of hot girls?

Went to a private school for elementary, public up until now. Private school sucked... but only b/c we had the stupidest non-strict rules and the dumbest principal ever. (You got stabbed? Uh oh, time for an apology in front of the class for disrupting your classmates creative time.)

I love my private school so much more then public. All of my teachers were funny and had PhD degrees and made learning like acctually fun and cool. And they were interactive and U acctually did extra curicular activites with them because they were like ur freind. And they were all genius's. Ph'd's Masters degree. Publc school just sucks. Teachers suck. Material sucks. Assignments suck.

public school my whole life, i wouldnt want to go to a private one, they look like they suck (like how they are portraited(sp) on TV)

Went to public until HS then went to a private prep school that sends kids to the Ivies and elsewhere if they work hard enough. Had a rough first couple year mainly cuz I didn't want to be there but once I got my head in the game the last two years were great.

The three main reasons to go to one are...

1) Students were more motivated than when I was in public school. Even the class clowns still wanted to go somewhere decent when they graduated.

2) Teachers are more motivated to teach than in public school.. most of the teachers were from 20-50 with high turnover. No old bats trying to avoid to eek out a few more years before they retire.

3) Resources available. Some schools are "needs blind" so no matter whether you can afford the tuition, if you are selected for admission you will be able to go. The study is more rigorous than at most public schools and there is a focus on doing substantial extracuricular work in order to build a college profile.

So yeah, I'd recommend it, but you can get the same things done in public school as well.. you just have to work harder at filtering out a lot of the crap.
