the forum got hacked, he came back as a mod. he (IMO) abused his mod priveleges and people got pissed off so he stepped down. nothing major, but at least hes not a mod anymore!

Not exactly.
The forum got hacked, all forums but the lounge were deleted. He counter-hacked the site and made himself an admin, also modding several controversial people and then making a lot more controversy before he was chased out. |
