I told my girlfriend I had herpes and she freaked out but she was like "I still love you"
Then I told her it was just a damn coldsore and she kicked me.
So yeah don't joke about STD's, you'll get kicked.

Cold sore is the crusty scab thing found around the lips. They are caused by herpes simplex virus.
Canker sore is a white lesion found on the mucus membrane inside the mouth. Many things cause them from poor oral hygine to stress to eating too many salt and viniger chips.
Both suck, but cankers aren't contagious. Cold sores are. No cure for cold sores, but there are tretments if you have frequent out breaks.

ive only had like 2 cold sores in my life last one i had was last winter and i doubt it was one. i prolly got aids or somehitn though has any1 else ever thought they might have an std.

It's no joke folks. I did a project on herpes simplex virus A and B my sophomore year of high school. Even if you get just one coldsore, you have teh herpes.
I think I'm right. I've done a lot of drugs (heroine mostly) since that project, so who knows?

just go to the nearest drug store and get some creamy cold sore / canker sore thing it helped mine when i had one.

I don't think 1 cold sore = herpes.. I've seen people who get outbreaks who definately have hepres, but I think cold sores are a different virus.
