About 12. 13 is the year when its time to scare the living crap outta people.
Last year I bought one of those huge foghorns from walmart and hid in my bushes with it. Whenever someone would come up, I would jump out and hold it on for a few seconds. Made one guy piss his pants! I mean, it wasn't exactly the creepiest thing ever but it scared the hell out of people.
