Seriously don't treat him any different, he didn't do anything. His brother did. If he doesn't want to talk about it, then don't bring it up. Really, he's an innocent bystander in all of this and needs people to realize that.

(this is coming from someone who's father screwed up immensely when I was little and he did hard time in federal prison) I'd hate to think people would've treated me different because of the mistakes my father made.....
