Indeed, as the little brother I had to undergo this many years ago. So here's what I remember worked against me.
Moon him! Many a time I'd round the corner and see a hairy a$$. Dreadful sight that was.
Wrestle, don't try any other brute force. Shoving, pushing or hitting especially attracted me to bother my brother more. Of course, when he broke out with (light but dizzying) body slams or would act like a line backer and run me over like a beer can at a Raider's game, I was moving out and not coming back for awhile.
If you truly get pissed, do what I call the "Darth Vader". Simply pick him up (if he's light enough) or just grab him by the collar, shake him back and forth a sec and tell him to knock it off.
It didn't take my brother much to get me out of his way. He did this often and never got caught by my parents. At the very least, i'd always get some kind of poke in the kidney.
