Just saw on the news that jurors gave Scott Peterson the death penalty. Now the judge could still give him life w/o parole, but with the pressure on him with everybody and their mom assuming Peterson is guilty. he likely won't. Then it'll take another 20 years for him to finally be put to death.

I had always though of him as innoscent (sp) untill I watched a more recent trial, then I could see that he was guilty. I think the death penalty would be better than life in prison personally, so he should be happy (well, not happy he has been found guilty for a crime and on death row, but happy he doesnt have to live in prison forever)

Like they pointed out on the news, had he been given life he would likely had been killed within 2 years of being put into prison. Now on death row, he is much more safe because he is in solitary confinement.
