I don't know why, but today I was kinda depressed for no reason. It sucked. Everyone was laughing at stupid ****, but I wasn't. Then I went out to eat and just sat and looked out the window. I want to know why I am depressed. I felt great yesterday, but today I feel horrible. Like tired, but wide awake. It's weird.

Does this ever happen to my fellow pbfaneers?

happens to me a lot. somedays, i am depressed and feel pissed at every 1. what ends up happening is my mom says something and i get pissed cuz it is the end of the day. then i get into trouble cuz i make a remark back at her lol. feel better soon

im just kidding man. think of the good stuff in life. I have alot of stuff to be down on but if you don't dwell on the stupid small stuff or even the big stuff in your life its alot easier to deal.

that or cut your self..youll have to talk to alpha about that though im not into that stuff.

i've been like that everyday for the past 3years. It sucks because i'm almost done with highschool which is suppose to be the best time of my life, and its not impressing me much.

ive had weird times where i feel depressed for no reason...today was one of those days. it passes normally in at least a few days for me.

most of the time i get depressed when i have stupid boring/hard papers due and/or my friends are being dumb and normal. nothing new to excite me

Yea, you have what is called S.A.D. I forget what it stands for like Seasonal somehtin disease or disorder, its what happens when you do not get enough light, the light triggers somethin and makes you happy, when you do not get that light you feel like ****. and since its winter u don't see too much sun so many people feel exactly this way.

If i learned anything from the gym teacher i hated, it was that
