I heard something like this. Maybe its the same story. The guy was a carpenter and like 15 years back he shot himselft int he eye with a nail gun and he was knocked out but didnt get like any notice of the nail in his head. He goes to the doc cause he was getting head aches and he had it there.

but still, how do u NOT notice! I mean A)its 1 huge ass nail, B)its a huge ass nail, and when u pulled the trigger of the nail gun u felt a nick or something right?

holy sh** thats a big nail.
maybe it went into him like the bullet did in the main bad guy in 007 The world is not enough. because he didnt feel that bullet. and he woulda kept getting stronger and stronger until he died.

It would be easy not to know. They said the gun backfired so there was obviously a loud explosion. In that kind of situation, a lot of times you don't feel the pain or you cant identify it. In all the confusion, it would be easy not to notice an injury.
And no, it wouldnt bleed much. The nail would act like a cork.

wouldnt you notice someone pointing a nail gun at you...or you pointing the nail gun at yourself...but wow...that all i have to say and if i met that guy in person i would first punch him (he wouldnt even notice prolly though) and then i would shake his hand because he is one tough mofo

hes probably going to be a little mentallly ill after that. if that big of a nail went in you. so he probably just doesn't remember the accident.

it happened around me, the nail gun was jammed and he hit it repeaditly. he mustin been swearin his ass off for his mouth to be open and get shot.
i think its just a publicity stunt myself... he probably was screwin around and didnt wanna get fired for screwin around with a nail gun and shooting himself. so he made up a story.
