so i found a guy that REALLY wants my cocker
i asked him to trade straight up and he wants to.....
my gun:
2k3 cocker
$200 nexus valve
hybrid ***** grips
drop with on/off
red macro kit
trigger mods
stock barrel
some other ****
his gun:
2k4 bko w/ icd installed pds
otb frame w/ magno trigger
red grips
toxic cp reg
check-it unimount
stock barrel
there are other pics but i can't find them now.
seems like a deal to me seeing as i got this cocker for not even $100 bucks and it works perfectly.
yay or nay on the trade? i say yay. |

Nay. Old ICD stuff breaks constantly, that's probably why he's even considering such a trade.

qft. ive talked to many people who's bko's did nothing but break..
keep your cocker if it works good.

really? i've heard that post- 2k3's have gotten a lot better. plus, this bko has pds which is a plus.
but then again, what do i know?

would you say don't trade even if i said i'm not completely diggin' the cocker i've got right now? i'm just not a big fan of mechs and i don't have the money to eblade it and up it a little more.

your cocker is a mech right? I'd do it. You couldn't even get me to use your cocker for free.
do it. Enjoy a bko that shouldn't chop thanks to pds. Then buy a barrel and chaos board.

you have a 2k4 promaster, right? have you had any problems with it?
i talked to the guy about any problems he's had with it and the only problem he's had is that he snapped a non-stock delrin bolt pin after a few months of use. he seems like a pretty honest guy and has pretty good feedback. i think i'm gonna do this. and p8ntball - i don't want an ion. |

it's a 2k5  , they debuted at 04 cup and hit selves 05. It runs great, i pulled off a +/-1fps reading onetime  I had 1 bad leak and got my regs fixed by ICD.
that bko should work fine. So long as the regs are balanced and it has some amount of lube it will run. These guns are easy to tech generally. Though sometimes somebody manages to **** up in a very interesting fashion.

ive owned 3 bushys and about 5 cockers.

yeah. it seems like this guy has taken pretty good care of it. i'm thinking that i'm just going to go ahead and trade. it has some nice ups, and i think with the ups it'l hode its value a little better than my cocker would. maybe i'm wrong, but whatever. i like this bko better plus it has some speed.
now, i only need to get a halo.  |

Let me outline what you're doing here:
You're trading a gun that's slow and heavy, but you know works reliably, for a gun that's light and fast, but you have no idea if it works, and most likely doesn't.

bkos are easy to fix, if it dont work, just send it to me, and for a small fee ill have it working for ya.
