ok i have a 98 custom the body is so say ( rough ) there are some scratches on the body but the 21" barrell is brand new, and the collapsable stock is brand new and the red-dot- scope is brand new plus the laser that is on the end of the barrell

A 21" barrel will probably hurt your accuracy, as it gives the ball more resistance. Most people agree the sweet spot is about 14"-16". Also, a red dot sight won't do much because paintballs aren't very accurate.
