I have had this marker for a few years now, picked it up used in Davison MI at a feild there for some cash and a trade.

I was reciently interested in getting back in the swing of things and would like to know more about my marker. Its an oldskool LED with an alien head milled into the side. I found pics online and they were threads about "super rare alien abducion LED....only 50 made!!" stuff like that. I was wondering if there is any truth to this? I will post pics, but they are on another forum which is down ATM. Also, if its a rare marker, what would this be worth? Also, do they still even make repair/rebuild kits for these old angels? it works fine now, but its only a matter of time before something happens, you know. My n2 tank has past its hydro date so I cant even test it out. Probablly hasnt been cycled in 2 years or so, I had it overhauled then kinda stopped playing.

any master tech from WDP would be able to work on your marker and give it some love if nessecary.

thanks for the quick response. Im assuming a few WDP tech roam these forums. Im not sure if your TOU allows you to set up a transaction through the forums, but I can look around and see who I can find to tech it out and make sure everything is strait.

I want to make sure the internals are original. I had a BAD experience with the shop I had overhaul my marker. They were licensed by WDP, but were rats....closed the store with my marker in the shop and didnt even tell me, I had to chase the owner around for a month before I got it back. I wouldnt have put it past him to swap internals or something of the sort, especially if it is truly a rare marker. I will say that I have seen alot of angels and NONE has the milling I have.

They are pretty rare.

Not sure on the value now though, probably not much. I've seen regular LEDs go for like $100.
