I was thinking $350 obo for the gun, and if I Ebayed it with my 68/45 Centerflag and a pre-BE Revolution, maybe $600 for the package.

Is this a fair price? Thoughts?

Well, that's not too far off...It's on ebay now anyway...I put the reserve at 225, and I think that's a pretty decent compromise.
