Hi all,
I am new to the game(played a few times with rented guns).
I have a friend who is into Historical Minis. He has offered to trade me one of my armies for his auto cocker? What do yall think? Is it worth is/ a pretty good gun? Could yall also fill me in on any details on the items on the gun.

Heres what he has told me about the gun.
98 right feed auto cocker
upgraded front pneumatics
shokktech trigger frame and bolt
air america melee tank
a 12inche dye boomstick

Hmm... hard to recommend something like that for a beginner, well maintained its a fine marker.

Its going to be heavy, require a little more maintenance and some understanding on the basics of an Autococker; timing, velocity adjustment, other than the usual lube and maintenance. Rate of fire is going to be mediocre, seeing as how its an Older Right Feed, theres not much point in upgrading it any further than it is now.

Air America makes fine tanks, thats on the lower end for them though.

I'd say value wise probably 150$s maybe 200$

Take it out and try it, if you like it...fine, I'd try some other markers first however.

well how much $ wise are you dishin out cause i would agree with oscarine your better off gettign a new cocker or atleast a 2002 thats when the better preformance parts came out the newer ones from then on just have better looking parts and the 03 came witht e hing rather than slider
