You've got a lot of work to do, that thing is stock.
I'd suggest going in this order:
Trigger
Barrel
Feedneck
Hopper
Board
Maybe reg, some stock regs are pretty good though.

My bad, it looks like the stock ion reg without the cover on it. Theres really no need to up it for a while anyways, just work on getting better and get the essentials.
