VS2 Co2
ok ive got a VS1, but am looking at a future upgrade and id love the VS2, cuz usually the rocking triggers arent tournament legal, and i was wondering if any one knew of an upgrade of anything like of the sort that allowed it to operate on Co2, instead of compressed air.
or some sort of attachment for a home air compressor that i can use to fill my own tanks

you you install an anti-siphon tank and run a palmers stabalizer regulator, it should keep the liquid co2 out of your marker, which is the reason it is not recommended. However, This is actualyl more expensive than buying a hig pressure air tank.
you will not be able to modify a normal garage compressor to fill a tank.

that hooks up toa scuba tank. If you've got a place to get scuba tanks filled, you can use it.
any paintball place should install anti-siphon tubes. Bring your tank and marker in and see if they will do it for you
here's a link to the regulator you'll need.
http://www.palmer-pursuit.com/online...stabilizer.htm
you'll need either the fatty or the male regulator for easiest installation.

please read what I have posted. CO2 can be used on ANY marker so long as it's regulated properly.

Even if you could, it wou;dn't be a good idea. Garage air compressors don't have ANY filtration systems whatsoever on them. This is a very bad thing because if you used it on a paintball air tank, the junk that gets into the tank would get into your marker, clogging the lines, jamming the solenoid, etc..
A VS2 could be ran on CO2, but as Matrix_Agent said, it would be a lot more expensive than buying an HPA tank.

It would need MANY filters, and even then, it can still ruin your marker. Also, you will NEVER find a garage air compressor that can reach up to 3000 and 4500psi. The highest that a garge air compressor can go is around 300psi.
You can get them filled at almost any Scuba store (if there are any in your area).

The only way a garage compressor could fill an HPA tank would be with a pneumatic compressor attachment. They do make devices that run on the 150psi or so a shop compressor puts out that act as compressors themselves. They are, however, almost as expensive as a gas model..
