-15" Tacamo barrel with AK style front & sight
-Polished internals
-Standard black rifle sling

I've been playing woodsball on a stock 98 with 7 inch barrel for over a year and needed a change, I decided to spoil myself and put together an Kalashnikov kit. It's heavy from all the wood and metal but the stock and extra barrel length make a big difference in my game, and I'm ecstatic over the aesthetics, it just needs a magazine for realism.

Next on the to do list for upgrades:
-Cyclone or an electronic hopper, Ricochet makes some nice ones.
-E-Grip, Because it's more fun to yell, "ALLAHU AKBAR! DURKA JI-HAD!", shooting full-auto from the hip.
-AK Magazine expansion chamber
-A remote coil would be nice
-Olive drab replacement for the rifle sling and a shemagh, cause it's ballin' terrorist colours.

looks great, one of the better mil sim markers i have seen and i think your on the right track if you want it to look even better with the magazine and remote

id stick with a regular hopper though, or if you really wanted, ger a Q-loader and dress it up a little so it looks like a grenade launcher under the barrel

Really cool! I like it. There's one problem with it though. Since you have that rail on the top, you can't fit a RipClip on there. If you'll look at mine again, see how I have my sight rail cut short? You have to have the stock sight rail to be able to fit it on there. So, you have 3 choices. 1. Cut the sight rail so the RipClip will fit, 2. take the rail completly off, or 3. get the cyclone feed instead of the RipClip.. Sorry to bring the bad news, but I just thought I should tell you before you get the RipClip and find out it won't work.

As far as your other upgrades go, I think they will work. I really like it, but it needs some more work.

Something which looks that cool deserves to have a q-loader for a feed system. It'll take the hopper off and give a nice crisp look.
Maybe you could also grind off the "tippman 98 custom" part, it's really distracting.

Yeah it's distracting, but if you don't want to grind it off, just use a black paint pen. That's what I did on mine. Looks pretty good I think. ^_^

i agree with these guys, get rid of the silver and go q-loader to eliminate a hopper on top

While yes, a q-loader is a good idea, there is a couple things you need to know about them.

1. They only hold around 125 rounds.
2. They aren't that great with crappy paint. The way it feeds the paintballs into the gun is by a spring, which causes tension on the paintballs. So, if you're going with a q-loader, get some good paint.
3. You don't just fill them up like a regular hopper; they use pods, kinda like what you would have in your pod pack. Meaning, you have to have 4 or 5 "pods" for it to be able to reload during a game.

Don't get me wrong, I like them. I'm putting a tiny bit of thought into getting one myself. They look awesome, and work very well from what I hear. Just trying to keep you informed about what you're looking at getting.

I put some nice gloss black paint over the silver, and ty fireman for the heads up on the RC. I doubt I'm buying any Q loaders this late in the year but hey next year is another year. I'm probably going to get a remote coil next week and then call it for paintball upgrades, the season is almost over

Oh! Something I forgot to mention, look into a Rocket Cock 2 A.K.A. Seal Bolt System for that thing. It looks awesome, and it helps (a little) to keep your gun clean. Just thought I'd suggest it..

ya one last thing, id remove the snake before going and playing, i could be wrong but i dont think thats an authentic upgrade.......
