Whatsup guys, this is my first nice Mech to own. Just picked it up a few days ago, appears to be already decently up'd yet I really don't know too much about cockers. Don't think It was to bad of a deal for 125 (w/out stiffi), just had to get a new reg, conveniently somebody had one from a cocker they use to have so I bought it.
Upgrades: ANS Internals, ANS Frame, ANS Pneumatics, Custom Milling & Anno.



Any upgrade suggestions etc are appreciated. Thanks for looking!

Looks like a swet little cocker you got there


Maybe a delrin bolt, a good one that has the radiused and slanted air passage hole will yield higher FPS than the venturi design the metal ones have

Agreed, new bolt would be it. The lpr is a good one, the ram is more than adequate for a mech. The spring detents will be horrible if you ever need to replace them because they're hard to find, but they generally will last for just shy of forever unless you damage them. I personally would lose the drop and get an on/off, but you may like drops. I would never in a million years lose the slider trigger for a hinge.

Thanks, will any 2k2 cocker bolt fit? I don't mind drops, I'll probably end up getting a new asa mainly for the on/off. Just so happens I'm fond of purple as they are school colors lol.

okay thanks, im looking at the shocktech super fly bolts. How much do you guy's think this is worth, i assume I got it for a decent price.

Skip the supafly bolts. Although it's better than what you have now, they're garbage. If you want to go cheap, get this. It's cheap, and actually superior to the supafly.

If you want the best, find a SLIK Edge III bolt.

If you want something in between, go with the ACP delrin bolts that can be found all over, but the first one I found with a quick search was here.

And for worth, to your average paintballer, it's worth next to nothing. Many younglings nowadays consider cockers outdated, slow, heavy, and too difficult to work on, so they'd not pay more than $50 for one. However, the older, wiser ones know that cockers when correctly set up are the cats meow for reliable, easy to use setups that never break down, even if they do weigh a bit more and aren't as fast as modern electros.
