Rate my Zap

It's a Zap 1000E, pretty much all stock except for Ricochet 2K hopper, and a Smart Parts Progressive barrel(16"). A T-board with breakbeam eyes and eye covers are in the mail right now, then I am planning on a new drop, regulator, HPA, then internals...not necessarily in that order. Oh, and I painted the grips black to hide the electronics Let me know what ya think

EDIT: guess I should attach the pics

Yeah, in a couple weeks I will probably be ordering a CenterFlag 70/4500 HP screw in, and a new drop with on/off. If I have enough I will buy the Check-it 15 degree front assault block and some type of regulator w/gauge. When I find out what bolt my marker takes then I will figure out what I am going to do there, and I will play until I am good enough to buy a nicer marker, keeping this as a spare

EDIT: And I forgot to mention I have to call the local(and only) field and ask if he fills HPA or not. If he doesnt then it looks like im **** out of luck

Regardless of wether your field fills it or not there are other places that can fill HPA. I have to find a new place to fill mine since the bastard's at Dick's Sporting Goods bought out Galyans and prolly no longer fill HPA. Scuba Shops are another place to get fills. Also look in your yellow pages for places like construction suppliers and stuff like that...compressed gasses and such.

Ya I'll definately look into that, and its really cheap using the scuba tank way isn't it? There used to be a scuba shop just down the road from my house, but you must realize I live in Canada's smallest province, which is a tiny island, home to approx. 130,000 people lol. There's not much around here but I'm sure I'll find a way.

Interesting. In one month you go from a low end marker with no real ups to a very high end marker with lots of good ups? You win the lottery or something?

Well my Zap broke down on a payday, so I was planning on buying an Imagine with some ups, but came across a good deal on my nasty and figured I may as well buy it while I have the money now, instead of putting it into a spyder and having to buy it later, still being stuck with the spyder. And I returned the Zap back to walmart, which paid 1/3 of the price of the Impulse, so it didn't cost me all that much more in the end. I'd rather have my nasty now, then a fully upped and t-boarded Imagine which was what I was planning on buying. Only thing Im stuck with is the 16" progressive which someone can buy if they want
