Predator Impulse
Very old school impulse. This gun has been in action longer then most of you been playing playing. I just got it over a year ago and im finally done upgrading it. This project went much faster then my rainmaker project that unfortunatly is not done. (needs a $250 PICmicroprocessor compiler so i can finish the new custom board that fits a battery in the grip, a feed neck adapter, and a cradle/drop/something to screw my crossfire into.)
As for the impulse its got quite a few nice things on it.
All the internals are New designs except a Werm bolt. Has a WAS equalizer board in it. Custom Anno. Feed by a HALO, powered by a 68 45k Macdev conquest and shot through a sceptor barrel kit that is annoed to match. Nice setup for me, it rips and it will be an excellent backup when my RM is finally done...
oh yea, and if you thought it was just good, i should probably add that it was FREE!! All i put into it after i got it wass $40 for a macdev rebuild kit, $50 for some extra sceptor inserts, $20 for a new feedneck, and $35 to upgrade the HALO to a victory board. Not too bad.... If you want to know how i got it then check out here:
Got an impulse
Thats the thread I posted when i first got it and here is what it looked like:

Best looking imp EVAH... no competition. Thing is... I think that should be your main gun, not your backup no offense, ur rainmaker still owns!
20/10 for imps, 9/10 for guns over all.

sceptor kit is very nice, i have since stopped using my boomstick. Im not actually 100% sure on the body, i know its the same as a predator impulse is, and i know its quite old. But since i got it used with no documentation im really not sure about it. Regs are both palmers, and it is a regular stabilizer, not a fatty or anything. Same as the other stabs i have.
Thanks for all the comments guys, i wasn't exactly expecting to get such a great responce. As for it being my main gun... no. Maybe that will enlighten some nonbelievers to how good my rm actually is. Before i took it apart and got it annoed it was still faster then my impulse with all the mods it has now. Plus my RM is still more custom and much more unique. And the one thing i absolutly hate is looking like everyone else...

^^^ I hope your kidding right...that "thing" does NOT look like an ion nor does it perform like one...it is definatley better.
a RM is a brass eagle rainmaker...i think production was stopped in late 99 or early 2000, they are electro's and are not too good or pretty stock but with the ups boss did to it...they can be machines...
check here: Brass Eagle Rainmaker
to boss: as for sceptor kits...what would be the best...im thinking aluminum 3 bore kit would be best for the money.
