The Evolution of My Cocker : Read it then Rate it
That is right. For some time now I have been building a completely custom autococker. This notion began around Christmas break of 2003. At first I wanted a Silver Bullet. Man were those things sweet... with all of those flashy parts and the LCD screen, I was practically sold then and there. But then I invested some research into autocockers. They seemed much better than those Silver Bullets that I had my heart set on. So, after losing several e-bay bids on 2k and 2k1 VF cockers I came across AIM products. AIM offered reliable, affordable, customizable autococker parts. So I tallied up the initial cost of building a low-level autococker myself. Somewhere in the mid $300 range. Seemed reasonable enough at the time. So I went on e-bay and won a AIM body kit with a Battle Axe hinge trigger, complete body with front and back blocks and two adjustable feed necks.
February: 2004Well some time later... and about $400 I had a semi-workable gun. But I needed more.
May: 2004 Then I made some minor adjustments like a Freak barrel ($109.00)and Halo B hopper(20$...long story). It ended up looking something like this.
June: 2004 Nothing major, I lost the drop forward and got a Kaner barrel system.
July: 2004Finally, in early July I decided to bite the bullet and buy an e-blade kit. I mean I knew I needed it I just couldn't bring myself to spend that much. Along with that I got a Kaner barrel system which I love and highly reccomend. But eventually I gave into the temptation, and man was it good...
Oh yeah, and Yoda Kills Suckers. Especially with non-Vision imps.
Finally, the guns that now reside in my house. (I also have a TL Plus but isn't worthy enough for this photo.
Well I hope you liked the short novel I just wrote about my beloved. Feel free to leave comments.

how come in the second picture with the 3a barrel, there are no pneumatics? did you just have em hooked up, or not even have em yet. anyways, cool story
i'll give the cocker 9.5/10 and the timmah a 9.5/10 also. for the collection (well...2 guns together) i'll give it a 9.7 a cocker and timmy would be the two guns (besides an x-mag) i would own if i had the money (and didn't play pump)

I dont care what anyone says, you are a dedicated autococker owner. That is a very nice marker you have on your hands. The only thing I would change is the beavertail....thats just me though.
10/10 cockers
10/10 all

I agree that im not a fan of the body. Ive seen aim bodies and feel that the smaller ones are nicer. I think the fan on the back is just a bunch of unneeded weight. looks nice...whos alias is it then brothers or soemthing because its a pretty nice gun. Lighter then most any other gun out. nice guns hope you enjoy them.
