difference between spectra and elite lenses?

hi i have a JT Elite nVader mask and looking at thermal lenses. I've noticed on the JT site that some are elite and some are spectra and some are elite/spectra. Now i assume i need to get the elite ones because my mask is elite and the spectra or for spectra series mask? i didn't see a spectra mask series on their site so is spectra just a general lense? also there was some jt spectra chrome thermal lenses at the shop that were 260 degree viewing. im not sure what the nVader is. is 260 standard for most mask? thanks for any replies in advance.

u want the elite series of lenses. They don't make spectra masks anymore, but use the lense system for their new masks, like flex 7s. Forget the 260* thing, just get a elite lense, it's the only style that will fit.

the "spectra" is the 260* lens that comes with most of JT's higher end masks like the proflex, flex-7, flex-8's, etc.

the "elite" is the 180* lens that comes stock with the nVader, nforcer, and some others.

It is probably not a good idea to buy a thermal lens for a inexpensive jt mask. You can find nice proflexes for about $50. These come with thermal lenses, and are VERY light and comfortable...they are one of JT's best masks.
