e vents

so iv been eyeing the e vets for a while and while i was in the local shop the other day i got a chance to try them on, then suddenly i was hit by a beam from outer space that made me decide that my bank account had too much cash in it. so walking out 5 min later with another $70 i had not planned on spending gone (they were $90 but they didnt have the paint i wanted so i had to downgrade)

anyway i gota say, i love these, although compairitably the dye invisions that i am replacing have to have one of the worse lens removal systems iv come accross i was amazed at how simple getting the lense out was on the e vents.

if your thinking about getting these heres a few things iv noticed, first of all they come with 2 lenses, the one i got has a tinted thermal lens and a clear single pane lense, and even though i didnt like the idea of the single pane, i put it in to see how much it would fog, it didnt, after a minute or so of heavy breathing and directing my breth upwards there was not even a speck of fog and i was now light headed from the effort. im not sure that these would be ideal for someone with a small head as the ear pieses block the strap from being tightened at a point, it is possible to remove the ear pieces but having no ear protection (other than the strap which would cover them a little) is not a good idea. this mask seems like it was made strictly for the adult player and has a profile and price tag to match that.

that said, i love this mask, great buy IMO

nice, i was thinking about getting one but i have no complaints about the single lens so far (havnt been able to play with it in yet) so is that the only difference between the e vents and the avatars? the ears, maybe the avatars are intended to ba able to be tightened further, for people with small heads? can you overtighten them? i cant really with the ear pieces on the e vents. i was also looking at the fire mirror lense, thought it looked pretty sweet
