I was at a field and during the morning call, a man announced players with a certain mask had to rent different ones or not play. This was because this type of mask was RECALLED and was not allowed at the field. I wasn't able to catch the name of the mask. Does anyone know which mask was recently recalled so I can avoid purchasing one if some places still have it up for sale. (..isn't that illegal)

Just ask the refs or guys that run the field. I don't know but they will.

Umm that ref may have been dumb but a while back some of the JT Proteus masks were recalled due to faulty earpieces... but the Proteus II was fine. Maybe he meant the Proteus I.
