I can get mine off, but something boggles me.. The instructon manual says to use your index finger to pull it up, but the picture shows a thumb pulling it up. My fingers kill after getting it off.. Am I missing something?

EDIT: I figured out what they meant. You use your other hand too.

Look inside it. There is a clip type thing with 3 prongs that you can unbuckle to take out the goggle strap. take it out, but don't pull the strap out, just let it hang.

Now, underneath you'll see two boxes... Now, push them back with your fingers a bit, but first you have to lift up the flap in the top middle... You need to get your nail in there a bit and pull, but it will loosen and come right off.
