Been having trouble with my Invision...

It's quite humid here, and I think I breathe more heavily than normal, and the Invision doesn't have very good airflow... These 3 things have caused my Invision to start getting wet on the inside with sweat and condensation very early in games. When I read pbreview most of the bad reviews say that their Invision lenses are some of the worst thermals they've ever used and they fog like crazy. After games I end up spending as much time cleaning my lens as the other guys I play with who have non thermal lenses... So... in conclusion, I'm buying a ProFlex tomorrow...

But I do have a question... Has anyone else had this problem with their Invisions? Or has anyone had this problem with their ProFlexes?

hmm, my invision has never foged, not even once, and i have had it for about 2 years. Maybe thats it... maybe the older ones are better than the new ones or something.

If I don't talk I can't communicate positions... And when you spend 80 bucks on a new mask you shouldnt need a breathing tube

Lol, breathign tube! That was my idea. I should've tried it. Could've gotten a snorkel regulator... Or maybe one of those bite valves from a camelback.

Anyways, I have a Profiler, and they didn't fog on me, even during Hurricaine Charley.

another thing you might try is an anti-fog coating. I know they work wonders on ski goggles...

Ya my invision with thermal lense has never ever ever fogged on me. I got lil moisture inside from talking, but that was very little compared to my old JT.

Well I did the breath test on my Invision and then on my ProFlex... My Invision got wet on the inside... ProFlex got nothing. But I guess I'll put it to the ultimate test today when I play.

i hav had that problem with my invision and got a proflex too. if u fold the proflex up at the bottom then u will breath perfectly. and as for the sweat thing i fixed that by wearing a head band (the headband also makes bounces).

If you really are that fed up with your invision and are looking for a new system, definatly go with the proflex.

Try some anti fog coating on it first tho, or if you dont have that, smear your spit all over the lens.
