Can Somebody clear up how a Pump Gun works?

when u pump the gun the ball from the hopper drops into the chamber, then when you pull the trigger it pushes the bolt and shoots the paintball out of the gun

do u know if it has the same velocity of a regilar semi auto marker

Yes it can have the same velocity as all other guns. You can also get pumps where you can just hold the trigger down and keep pumping, and everytime you pump it will shoot.

Inside every pump is some sort of pin-valve. Very much like the valve that is at the end of you CO2 tank.

Ever tap that tank valve with a screw-driver? You hear a "POP" as it releases a burst of CO2 for a second.

Thats what happens inside a pump. There is a hammer that is "cocked" by the pump. When you pull the trigger, the hammer hits the pin-valve, and released CO2 into the barrel:
