after checking all of the o0rings, my Rebel still continues to burb and will not recock. any suggestions? Thanks for the help.

Yeah... Your tank could be empty or you could have a shell fragment stuck in the upper tube...

your co2 or nitro tank is most likely empty

that most likely^^^ but if its not clean or oiled right iv seen some guns do that, take it apart clean it wipe it all down & lube it back up and shoots fine get you tank filled and clean/lube your gun

Sure you check ALL the O-rings and not just the one on teh bolt adn tank? Theres O-rings on your valve too.

Check your cupseal for wear...
