Can Anyone help me improve my super man slides/dives

i have this problem with keeping my gun up please reply

Try knee slides.

It's as if you were firing from one knee standing still, except when you move towards the bunker, you have a stable upper-body. Drop your "back" knee (you know which one, depending on which side of the bunker you want to pop out of) and slide on your "back" knee and your "forward" foot. You should have a 40-60 weight distribution favoring your back knee.

Practice makes pefect. If your worried about messing up your marker, then find an object that is equal in weight to practice with. Try watching some vids of other people diving. You will see that sometimes even the greatest have the same problem.

When diving since your so worried about banging up your marker (so am i) I try to always worry about the barrel and getting stuff all up in it but what help me is if your going to hit any part of your marker on the dirt let it be the ass end ( meaning the tank) other than that you cant realy get any help on sliding. like the other dude said practice practice practice. try sliding on grass

When you slide in, push your gun forward with the slide, and raise your forarm a little bit so your lower forarm is the maiun part of your arm touching the ground.When you are coming in with the slide tuck your arms in, then when you are really really close to your arms touching the ground push them forward with the gun. There's this one really good example in the intro part of Cereal Killerz when a guy on Miami Effect does a nice slide.

^^^ yea... i do the slide by staying low and begginning to dive as like mike, 7-10 ft from your bunker... i then twist my palm toward sthe sky and that is your gun hand... kieep your feet low too

When doing supermans its essential that you time it right. And have a feel for the sliding surface. If its on astroturf you'll slide a lot more than on grass, and you might slide past your bunker then get shot. Or you might not slide far enough and then get shot.

What I do is I lean forwardand push off my legs (forward) don't jump in the air and go forward, like neo in the matrix. Stay low, try to keep a foot or so between you and the ground when you're in mid dive, maybe less. Make sure you have pads, not maxipads, but elbow pads and knee pads. I hold my gun in my right hand and dive onto my left usually. A lot of the time I'm holding my gun up in my right hand a little over head height. When you land try and land mostly flat but slightly to one side, and on the pads. Then once you stop sliding make sure you're not fat or weak, cus you have to kinda do a push up to get back up.

^^^ yea land one side with both hands out with one palm (the gun hand) facing the blue sky and keep you gun straight or it might get caught on something as your sliding... also keep your legs straight and don't let them fly over your head... remebmber practice makes perferct

i'm too lazy to read what you guys said but if no one said it......lean as far back when you slide, think of it as a boat....you move faster and more efficent when the bow is up than if it were facing down lol

all of you are sorta wrong... but a superman varies from person to person...

if you wana do a GOOD superman, ur gonna want good elbow and knee pads...

When you are running to your bunker, sorta dive forward if u know what i mean. Hold ur marker in one hand and raise it up, then put ur other hand down so u land on it first. point ur feet so that your toes are pointing twards the ground. Those are ur brakes. When you hit the ground on ur belly, sorta bow ur body up so only ur stomche is toughing, less resistance = more slide. When u wana stop, push ur toes into the ground.

practice it a bit in ur yard or on the field. The only way to really do a good superman is to practice.
