why do they go full auto and burst when you only play semi auto?

Why can your car go 90MPH when you are only allowed to go 65MPH?

For 3 reasons:

1- Its cool to use in your back yard
2- Some fields DO allow them.
3- Testing. (ie testing the max feed rate of your hopper).
