Buying my first everything...
Ok here was goin to be my first paintball gun with everything....
Gun: Spyder Imagine 04 - $130 with everything(plug, swab, etc.)
Hopper: VL 12v x-board - $45
Tank:16 or 20 co2 - $20
Barrel: Smart Parts Progressive - $30
Goggles: PMI x-ray goggles - $15
So my question was if you have anything that i should change????.... 
Ok well im probably goin to play more speedball
My price range is bout $200 - $240 (i really want the lowest price). O yea and me and my friends were goin to make a team...

I would get a reloader instead, i know a site that has them for 37, If you need a mask, get a pro-flex I know a site that has them for 35, If you have enough you should get a steel hpa tank for like 50-80, but other than that, it looks gun.
Oh and i would get a J&J ceramic instead of the progressive...

i doubt he can post the site because you can't post any sites other than xpaintball.com on here(they pay for our servers our somethin) soo you will have to send him a private message. I would not get an HPA tank yet. Proflex is a good idea but between the viewloader and the Empire reloader 2 i would go with the reloader 2. everything else looks good to me but if you are gonna start a team you will need a better gun than that eventually.

get rid of the barrel. buy a better mask (that is the 1 area u want to spend big $ for comfort) buy a new barrel later.

AHH!! Comfort comes LAST in paintball. Stock spyder barrels suck, it should be the first thing you upgrade.
Everything looks good, but progressive barrels aren't that great. 32 degrees barrels are about 30 - 40 bucks and they are pretty good. If you want a barrel worthy of godly status get a JJ ceramic

Don't settle for a $15 set of goggles. You will want to spend a little more and get a good pair. Get anything from V-force and you will be doing ok.
Other then that, sounds like a good plan. The progressive or teardrop barrel is a good choice as is the J&J Ceramic. I have used both with good results.

i have never used a teardrop but i have used a J&J ceramic and i loved it. it gets kind of clogged after a chop or barrel break but it cleans itself out pretty good.

Get a new mask 15 bucks is gonna give you a pos mask... my first mask was like 10 and was very uncomfortable, sometimes i got a rash around my face cuz of the irritation it caused. Get a vforce vantage or any vforce

the teardrop or progressive is a good barrel, i don't know what you guys are talking about. I have a 12inch on my impulse and if there EVER is a ball broken in the barrel, it flushes it out easily because of the size. The j&j alright too.
Comfort comes last??? what are you on man. Yes, there is a site that sells proflex's for $35. The proflex is a very, very light, nicely constructed, affordable mask, that is a quality choice.
Try to get your tank anti-siphoned, usually 10 bucks more...this feature helps prevent liquid co2 get into your gun. Definatley a good investment. All this will probably be about $270...

the spyder can't shoot over 10bps full auto and i don't think he will be shooting 13 semiauto constant...a revvy will be fine as long as it's 12v
