move around. dont' camp. I can't stress this enough! also paying attention to every thing is good. be sure to let your teammates know when the other team moves and where they moved to. communication is the key.

dont take your mask off 
and if its in the woods dont shoot at him unless you know he is in range, paintballs dont do well against leaves and sticks |

paintballs dont really hurt i never really feel them when i get shot... there's too much adrenaline going in my body to worry bout getting hit.
