Question Where can I find smoke bombs.

Hi, I am new and I have been searching the web all day.

Where the hell can I find smoke grenades that are relatively cheap and not too powerful. Please help

www.iheats.com

They sell marine smoke grenades that emit orange smoke. I've personally used them and thought they were "Okay".

You can not use the potassium nitrate/sugar style smoke grenades on a field as they require you to light a fuse with a lighter. Big fire hazard.

Most fields no longer allow you to use ANY type of smoke-bomb. The insurance companies have been pretty strict about it later.

The problem is that even the "cool burning flameless" types still start fires, despite the silly sounding description....
And refs HATE putting out those fires because they tend to get shot!

Um... No. Its called Freedom of the press, and freedom of speech. Part of the US Bill of rights. Collect the whole set!

www.totse.com

Go to bad ideas > Ka-****ing-Boom, and they have smoke bomb plans (as well as about a hundred other real bomb plans).

You need KnO3(Potassium Nitrate, AKA Salt Peter), and sugar. I think its a 60/40 mixture of KN03 to Sugar. Mix it up, then melt it in a double boiler.

When it starts steaming, its done. Dont light it on fire. Do this on low heat. USe a hot plate if you can.

While its still molten, put a fuse in it.

You can even make a mold, pour it in, and then put the fuse in.

I wouldnt suggest actually using those during a game in the woods. (outlawball)

they are fun to use to start a game though.

Those bombs burn at VERY high tempatures and could easily start a fire.

if you decide to make one, a very amount produces alot of smoke
