Isn't rebound two shots per pull?

i "think" it's nppl that has the 3 shot rule. Where 3 shots have to be semi and then it can go into any mode u can create. But it can not exced 15bps.

PSP allows ramping to 15bps also i think.

No NPPL does not allow ramping or bounce but it is uncapped, so you can shoot as fast as you can pull.

PSP has the 1-2-3 semi then ramp to 15.

I know a lot of local tourneys around here have also adopted the PSP's 1-2-3-Ramp to 15 rule as well.

Yea, cfoa and millenium series both have use the cfoa ramping capped at 15 bps too. If you're playing a local tourney, you better check the rules
