Ok, I got my Imagine but...
I just got my Imagine in the mail! But... there is something strange about it. I think the guy I got it from (off ebay) took off the electronic grip... Here are some pics with the grip taken off.
... So what do you guys think? Can this gun even shoot, or I limited to only manual shooting?
I am worried here...

Thats exactly what he did. It will shoot fine, but its a mech now, so your not going to have any kind of great speed. I hope you didn't pay too much for it, cuz now its exactly like any other mech spyder. If he didn't say in the auction that it would have the e-frame removed and come with a normal spyder frame then you could report him, but you should have been able to tell from the pics.

I paid $91 shipped. It also came with a 14 inch progressive barrel.
How much is an E-Grip for a spyder?

Yeah, you defenitely got ripped off. With the e-frame $91 would be about right for an imagine/barrel. Without it it shoulda cost under $50
Edit: E grips are about $70-$90

He used a stock pic in the auction which shows it w/ the stock eframe, so you could report him, and maybe even get money back/return it. Its not in mint condition because it has been modified to non stock.

Don't get me wrong, but i think your stupid for buying a gun from the guy who has a picture from a MSRP site. Not the actual gun.

It does say moddified trigger in the description, but that isn't accurate, since its a different frame entirely, and since its listed w/ the features. I would contact him first, seeing as he probably doesn't know much about spyders, or paintball in general and it may have been an honest mistake. If he refuses to make it right take it up with ebay. At the very least it will be a pain in his butt.

I will email him first, saying to either send the E-Grip system with all the necessary parts, or send me my money back, with shipping money or I will report him to Ebay.
This sound good?

Yeah, but he probably doesn't have the e-frame. Most likely he aquired the marker that way, and assumed that thats how it was made.

I wouldn't suggest threats in the initial email. Just email him and let him know that the gun is not as expected and that you would like a refund or a replacement of the correct parts. If he's not cooperative, then start with the threats.

I think he has the e-frame. He probably won that in a tourney or something and like already had an upped spyder and like his spyder was mechanical and he swapped the triggerframes and put the mechanical one on your gun? Just a thought.
